Lay-Away Policy:Lay-away items are placed on "lay-away" the day your e-mail message reaches us. The lay-away service will be for a period not to exceed three (3) months. An initial one third (1/3) down payment is expected within 7 days of your request. Future lay-away payments are due in 1/3 amounts on the date of initial contract for the following two months with the last payment including shipping fees and 5% MA sales tax (on orders to MA).
Lay-Away Example:Initial lay-away request received 4-1-2002 in the amount of $300.00 plus $10.00 shipping charge plus $5.00 sales tax (on orders to MA) for a total lay-away amount of $315.00$100.00 payment received no later than 4-8-2002.
Second payment of $100.00 received no later than 5-8-2002.
Third and the final payment, including shipping charges and 5% sales tax (on orders to MA)of $115.00 received no later than 6-8-2002.
Failure of buyer to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of all payments and the merchandise will be returned to an available status on the page.The buyer may, of course, make payments towards their purchase at any time within the contract period, and as soon as the item is paid for it will be shipped.
Please read and understand this policy. A buyer failure to make timely payments om lay-away items will result in the forfeiture of any payments made! There will be NO exceptions to this policy!
